Exam Results in the Summer of 2023 are the best results in the school’s history, and demonstrate the strong school improvement journey that has taken place at Buckler’s Mead Academy in the last few years.

PROGRESS 8: Is the government's main way of measuring school performance. It tells us how well students at Buckler’s Mead Academy have progressed between the end of primary school and the end of secondary school, compared to students in other schools who got similar results at Key Stage 2.
It is based on results in up to 8 qualifications, which include English, Maths, 3 qualifications including sciences, computer science, history, geography and languages, and 3 other additional approved qualifications.
*EBACC: To achieve the EBACC students need to have gained a Grade 4 or above in English, Maths, Two Sciences, a Humanities Subject (Geog or History) and a Language.
