What is Emotional Health? Emotional health is about the way we think and feel, and the ability to manage our feelings and deal with difficulties. Having good emotional health is not the same thing as being happy all the time. Everyone experiences difficult feelings from time to time, and often we don’t know what to do to help us get back on track. How we can help you Anyone can contact Samaritans, no matter how old you are. If you’re under 18 find out more about how we can help you.

It can be difficult for parents to tell whether their teenagers are just “being teens” or if there is something more serious going on. Many of the things you may notice, such as changing moods, can often be attributed to normal teenage behaviour. However, it can be helpful to know when there may be signs of a more serious problem

FamilyLine

Family pressures can sometimes be difficult to manage without emotional support and guidance to help. Many people feel confused by what information is available or struggle to access services close to home.
